Interior Design for Condominium Common Areas
We also provide interior design for refurbishment of multi-residential common areas through our interior division, Trellis Commercial Interiors. TCI was was born out a need identified by Folio Interior Design Group (our sister company) to supply condominiums with fire-rated furniture for their condominium lobbies. To meet CAL TB-133, it is a must to have a piece burn-tested to show it passes to meet the certification. The pieces on our future website will have been tested and so you can order them worry-free.
